Refund Policy

All course fees will not be refunded if less than 30 days notice is given in writing to the Principal Administrator.

  1. All fees are to be refunded in full if:

    1. Applied Scholastics Training Centre is unable to deliver the course in which the student is enrolled.
    2. Within 30 days of notification that the Australian Government refuses to provide a visa and consequently he or she is forced to withdraw from the course.

  2. All fees are refunded if:

    1. The student notifies Applied Scholastics Training Centre of their intention to withdraw at least 30 days prior to the commencement date.

Students should direct all refund requests in writing to the Principal Administrator. Note: This agreement does not remove the right to take further action under Australia's consumer protection laws. Applied Scholastic Training Centre's dispute resolution processes do not prevent the student pursuing other legal remedies.
